A well light can be used for uplighting to illuminate an area, surface, or object from below to create a focal point in the landscape. Additionally, a well light can be used for grazing lighting techniques, which emphasize a textured surface or architectural element such as a tree trunk, stone wall, or climbing ivy. Installation is quick and easy and doesn’t require an expensive contractor or professional – you can do it yourself on a free weekend.
The MR16 well light is rated for a 20-Watt halogen bulb (not included) and features a weathered brass finish that will mature naturally over time. Measuring 3.75” in diameter (2.5” at the base) and 3.75” tall, this in-ground light will operate with Hinkley’s Standard or Pro Series transformers (not included).
